Recently, BLT’s Italian partner, NIRI Performance, inaugurated a brand-new Additive Manufacturing Application Center at the ITS Aerospace and Mechatronics College in Turin. Designed to serve as a hub of innovation in advanced manufacturing, the center aims to help enterprises explore cutting-edge technologies, validate industrial applications, and foster deep collaboration with industry experts.
BLT provided comprehensive support for the establishment of this center. Equipped with a BLT-S400 machine and its associated powder recycling system, the center allows clients to witness the entire printing process firsthand and experience metal 3D printing technology on-site.Leveraging BLT’s extensive expertise in metal powders, printing services, and technical consulting, the center is well-positioned to assist customers in efficiently advancing technical validation and accelerating the implementation of application results.
During the inauguration ceremony, the new center showcased a series of parts produced on BLT
equipment across various sectors, including aerospace, electronics, medical, and tooling,
demonstrating the vast potential of additive manufacturing technology.
