On March 18, 2026, during TCT Asia 2026, BLT and Siemens officially signed a Strategic Cooperation
Agreement. The signing ceremony was attended by Xue Lei, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BLT, Yang Donghui, Deputy General Manager of BLT, Achim Peltz, Senior Executive Vice President
of Siemens Ltd., China, and CEO of Digital Industries Factory Automation Greater China, and Yao Jun,
Senior Vice President of Siemens Digital Industries and General Manager of the Western Region.
Prior to the signing, the Siemens team conducted a in-depth review of BLT’s newly launched metal additive manufacturing solutions, as well as its industrialization achievements in sectors such as aerospace, humanoid robots, and consumer electronics.BLT’s profound technical expertise and mass production capabilities left a deep impression on the Siemens delegation.
Subsequently, both parties moved to the Siemens booth to formalize the agreement. Leveraging their respective core strengths,BLT in metal AM equipment and processes, and Siemens in industrial software and automation technology,the two companies will engage in deep collaboration focused on building digital factories for additive manufacturing and optimizing the end-to-end process chain. This partnership serves as a catalyst to explore technological synergies in metal additive manufacturing and jointly drive the transition of additive manufacturing from rapid prototyping to scalable, industrial production.
It is worth noting that the strategic partnership between the two companies was initially established with a cooperation agreement signed as early as May 2023.
Looking ahead, BLT and Siemens will adopt a more open posture and pragmatic actions to co-develop deeply integrated digital additive manufacturing solutions. By facilitating technological implementation and mutual empowerment, they aim to share the benefits of intelligent and green transformation with global manufacturing partners.
