From April 13 to 17(local time), SIMTOS 2026 was held at the Korea International Exhibition Center (KINTEX).
BLT,alongside its Korean partner Lincsolution, participated in the event. At the exhibition, BLT highlighted cutting-edge achievements across three key sectors-thermal management, consumer electronics, and mass production capabilities ,demonstrating its robust technical strength ranging from innovative design to scalable manufacturing.
In the field of thermal management, BLT and Lincsolution jointly showcased application including topology optimized pure copper cold plates and novel heat exchangers. By adopting Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) optimization for flow channel design, thermal conductivity efficiency was significantly enhanced. Furthermore, the integration of complex structures such as thin walls, lattices, and freeform surfaces into single-piece formations represents a significant innovation. Leveraging mature copper and copper alloy additive manufacturing capabilities, BLT has cumulatively delivered over 100,000 parts in this domain, achieving stable mass production.
Within the consumer electronics sector, BLT exhibited multiple mass-produced components, including hinges for foldable smartphones. Following the successful collaboration on the OPPO Find N5, BLT continues to participate in the R&D and production of the OPPO Find N6. Utilizing high-precision 3D printing technology,BLT assists in delivering industry,leading foldable screen experiences. From development to mass production, BLT continuously drives the evolution of consumer electronics towards thinner, more precise, and more durable designs.
Addressing industrial manufacturing demands, BLT emphasized its stable mass production capacity by displaying full-build platform parts across molds, medical devices, and automotive fields. Through end-to-end integration of equipment, materials, software, and process control, BLT has established a mature full-stack additive manufacturing solution. This transforms innovative designs into stable scaled production, characterized by repeatability, process stability, and batch consistency, thereby assisting various industries in cost reduction, efficiency enhancement, and iterative upgrades.
