Shanghai, China – May 6-9 ,BLT successfully concluded its participation in two major industry exhibitions in Shanghai: the China International Die Casting Show (May 6-9) and the China International Titanium Industry Exhibition (May 7-9). During the events, BLT demonstrated its comprehensive capabilities across the entire metal AM workflow—spanning powder materials, 3D printing processes, and multi-sector applications. While the physical exhibitions have concluded, BLT’s commitment to industry collaboration and exploration continues.
Focus on Aerospace & New Energy: Integrated Forming Solutions Take Center Stage
At the China International Die Casting Show, BLT focused on metal additive manufacturing solutions for integrated die casting. The company displayed typical application cases in the aerospace and new energy fields.
BLT emphasized its holistic capabilities in cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and lightweight design. Physical samples of integrally formed parts were exhibited on-site, allowing visitors to inspect internal structures, localized features, and surface finishes. Compared to traditional multi-component assembly processes, this technology significantly reduces machining and assembly steps, shortens production cycles, and lowers manufacturing costs, offering a more economically viable technical pathway for mass production demands in the new energy and aerospace industries.

Full-Chain Capabilities: From Titanium Powder to Printed Parts
At the China International Titanium Industry Exhibition, under the theme “Titanium Materials and Application Technologies,” BLT highlighted its full-chain technical route: “High-Quality Titanium Alloy Powder → Additive Manufacturing → End-Use Parts.”
The booth featured BLT’s self-developed high-strength and high-temperature resistant titanium alloys, meeting the stringent requirements of high-end equipment manufacturing. Adjacent displays showed finished 3D printed titanium parts produced from these powders, covering typical applications such as aerospace structural components, medical implants, and industrial parts. These exhibits intuitively demonstrated the density, dimensional accuracy, and fine detail achievable with metal 3D printing.
