Position Overview

This position is responsible for the installation and commissioning of the company’s equipment at the customer’s site, and provides technical guidance and after-sales maintenance. Candidates should have mechanical and electrical knowledge and equipment maintenance experience.

Job Description

  • Responsible for technical support work such as installation, debugging, and training of company equipment at customer sites
  • Accept customer equipment warranty, maintenance, and repair services
  • Responsible for customer equipment usage follow-up records
    Assist in technical support for additive industry exhibitions

Job Requirements

  • Fluent Chinese and English, both can be used as working languages
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical, automation or related fields
  • Experience in installation and debugging of mechanical and electrical equipment is preferred
  • Business trips are acceptable
