From April 13 to 17 (local time), BLT and its Korean partner Lincsolution made their debut at SIMTOS 2026. Centered around three key areas—thermal management, consumer electronics, and mass production capability—BLT presented cutting-edge achievements across multiple fields, demonstrating its technological strength spanning from innovative design to large-scale manufacturing.

In the field of thermal management, BLT and Lincsolution jointly showcased application achievements including topology-optimized pure copper cold plates and TPMS heat exchangers with novel geometries. By employing TPMS-optimized flow channel designs, the solutions deliver significantly enhanced thermal conductivity. Moreover, the integrated printing of complex structures such as thin walls, lattice structures, and freeform surfaces has brought breakthrough innovations to thermal management. Leveraging its mature additive manufacturing capabilities for copper and copper alloys, BLT has delivered over 100,000 parts in related fields, demonstrating stable, high-volume production.

In consumer electronics, BLT displayed several mass-produced parts, including hinge components for foldable screen phones. Following its successful collaboration with OPPO on the Find N5, BLT continued to participate in the R&D and production of the OPPO Find N6. With its high-precision 3D printing technology, the company is helping set new industry benchmarks for the foldable-screen experience. From development to mass production, BLT continues to drive consumer electronics toward thinner, more precise, and more durable designs.

Addressing industrial manufacturing needs, BLT highlighted full-substrate parts for sectors such as tooling, medical, and automotive, fully demonstrating its stable mass production capabilities. Through end-to-end integration of printers, materials, software, and process control, BLT has built a mature, comprehensive additive manufacturing solution, transforming innovative designs into scaled production. With repeatability, process stability, and batch-to-batch consistency, BLT helps various industries reduce costs, increase efficiency, and accelerate product iteration.

With deep technical expertise and proven large-scale production experience, BLT has demonstrated its ability to move from technology validation to real-world mass production. Looking ahead, BLT will continue to deepen its capabilities and collaborate with more partners to drive the scaled adoption of metal 3D printing across a wider range of industries.
